This is Tia Patel, Your Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coach. Holistic health is an approach to life in guaranteeing that someone will live a happy and healthy life by promoting physical and emotional introspection while deterring illness and disease. I want to help you in almost all the aspects of your life and being.

I’ll coach you to reach optimal health through well balanced lifestyle choices. My techniques addresses hormonal issues, blood sugar imbalance, digestive health and much more in a sensible, thoughtful way. My solutions will include a nutrient-dense diet, tailored for your body type workout plans plus tips for stress management. My 1:1 coaching is for people who are looking for a well-researched and proven path to wellness.

I had no major health issue but was experiencing 4-5 colds per year which would last 2 weeks each. I also had various chronic joint problems. My physician kept giving me meds but it was all short term solutions, then one of my colleague advised that I should consult a nutritionist. I started looking and I found Tia’s website. I had no idea which plan to choose, so I booked consultation call and I was very skeptic about enrolling because I never imagined that nutrition had anything to do with what I thought were just signs of aging.

Tia had me track my eating for two weeks and then book another call where she explained that I was taking in too much of specific food items. Right there I decided to enroll and trust me, which was the best decision I made.

PCOS has led me to a tendency to be overweight. I have tried so many Google and YouTube diets and workouts, I stay positive and I lose some kgs in the beginning and at the end it is all same. I gained it back even when I followed a strict diet and workout. It had become a poisonous cycle for me. When I was done with all that and really exhausted I found her website. I’m not sure why but it caught my eye and I started going through all programs. I enrolled for ‘hormone balance’ program. It wasn’t that much of investment and I wanted to check out her programs. I cannot believe that by the end of the program I got my period (painless), can you believe that. After that I just wanted to get on a long term program and I did enroll for 26 weeks program which was custom tailored for me. Oh my god the results I have seen on my body. My skin has cleared up, my periods are regular and painless, I feel happy, more important I have lost some serious fat. I look better than my teenage years. All thanks to Tia.

After the birth of my third child, I gained weight instead of losing it, despite exercising regularly and eating, I thought, not too badly. I was told by one of my doctors that “You have to eat 800 calories a day and exercise twice as much as you do, in order to lose weight and keep it off.” I found that prospect so discouraging, and so impossible, that for years I pretty much gave up on ever being able to lose weight.

Then one of my friend referred me to Tia. I enrolled for slow and steady program specifically tailored for me where we took the gradual approach, revamping breakfast first, then lunch and dinner, then snacks. Tia showed me how to eat in a way that is healthy and sustainable. I began to lose weight immediately, and was thrilled to find that, once I had learned new habits, my improved way of eating replaced the old one fairly easily. I have lost 90 pounds over the past 15 months, and my goal is now well within reach. At about-to-be 50 years old, I am exercising more, my blood pressure is dramatically lower and my cholesterol numbers are much better as well.

In 2019, during the pandemic, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. My doctor prescribed a medicine called Synthroid, as usual, as per him it might help ease my symptoms. This wasn’t enough for me. So I started doing some research, I looked for solution everywhere, tried all kind of different supplements and diets even exhausting home workouts to realize later that I need a professional help so I started looking for a nutritionist.

I found Tia on Instagram and I immediately contacted her, during our pre-consultation call she suggested to get some test done. After that she helped me figure out the real issue, so with her help I took my first step to fix my digestion while detoxing and focusing on nutrient rich foods. It didn’t make sense to me at first. Because I thought I came to her for thyroid issues and she was trying to fix my digestion, but I was desperate so I jumped in with both feet. There were so many different things she had me worked on but I was sleeping like baby, my energy levels were improving, I started feeling good, I lost few inches and my hair oh my my, they were shedding way less. Moreover I wasn’t starving myself like earlier. At last my doctor was surprised seeing my TSH levels.

I’m really grateful to have found her and her programs. Thanks to her I no longer have to take synthroid!!
